[Recipe] Pandan Cheese Muffin

@melianachandra

Hi readers,
It's been a long time I haven't posted anything. I have been learning about baking recently which is a new thing to me. From now on, I will post my blog with two languages, Bahasa and English. Yeah, I'm Indonesian living abroad. As I have told on my first blog, I spend my time online and real time while waiting for my husband coming back home from the office. Okay, skip that part. Now let's get back to the topic. This time, I will share the recipe that I've tried.

Culinary Hunting in Banda Aceh

Coming back home (Banda Aceh) on Chinese New Year holidays was so fun. Meeting families and friends were amazing too. But the other reason we missed before we started the holiday was the FOOD. I even made a list about the food we should try. So, this time I'm gonna tell some culinary in Banda Aceh for you to try.

Banda Aceh has so much improvements in culinary world. Let alone the cafe! I remember that a few years ago, Banda Aceh had so many warung kopi (kopitiam). But the good thing is, there are now many good places to see especially places to eat. One of the examples is this place, Whoaffle Street Snack and LicknLoops.

Short Trip to Jakarta and Bandung (part 3)

It was 6.30 am when I woke up. The body was a bit sore because of trip we had yesterday (check out our journey to Bandung here). But remembering that day was our last day, I was so excited yet sad because the togetherness will be missed. After I finished getting ready, I woke my husband and my friends up. After all of us were ready, our friend bought a pack of Nasi Ulam for us. Nasi ulam is a steamed rice dish mixed with various herbs, accompanied with various side dishes such as kemangi herb, chili, sliced cucumber and sprinkled with peanuts granule, serundeng (grated and sauteed coconut) or other optional such as dendeng (beef jerky), telur dadar (omelette), perkedel (mashed potato fritter), fried tofu or tempeh, and krupuk. And there was also a plastic bag of cold soup so you got to pour on top of Nasi Ulam. It's a bit soupy. I had tried before and I love it. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture. Blame the delicious food and my hungry belly.
