When the weekend comes, it's time for us to explore good places to relax or to try something new. So this time, I would like to share one cafe in Ferrer Park. It's called Old Hen Coffee Bar. The cafe is not as big as the other usual cafes. It's located at this shop house and surrounded with some stores. If you want to go to Bak Kut Teh Founder @ Ragoon, you'll pass the cafe.

That was not my first time coming here actually. But my husband was craving for eating this, so that day, we planned to go back there. We took a bus to go there (or you may take MRT to Ferrer Park), and we needed to walk for a few minutes to reach the restaurant. Fyi, the place is located at the corner and you may see a lot of photos of celebrities on the glass wall.

Before I moved here, my husband told me about the famous cafe in our area. It's called Tiong Bahru Bakery. I was so curious until I started my life here. Now, this place is one of my places-to-be-tried lists. However, that day when we wanted to try in Tiong Bahru area, the place was over crowded. There were so many people queueing in front of the cafe. Until one day, we finally made it. We tried at another branch which was located in Tangs Plaza.

After having dinner at Eng's Noodle (check out our review here Eng's Char Siew Wantan Mee), we crossed the road and joined the queue of Punggol Nasi Lemak. This nasi lemak is very famous in Singapore. It could be seen from the queue and it was only just 6 pm. Some of the visitors had taken their dinner, some of them took their boxes of dabao nasi lemak and some of them looked excited to order and eat. My husband joined the latest one.  He had just finished his dinner at Aeng's Noodle and he was curious about the Nasi Lemak because from what we heard and read, this nasi lemak was the best one in the country.

Noodle is one of my favourite food from what you may see some of my noodle reviews here. In Singapore, they also have the local noodle such as ban mian, bak chor mee and etc. But I prefer Indonesian noodle or bakmi. Until one day, my friend took my husband and me to a noodle restaurant. Since then, this place is on the top of my favourite noodle lists in Singapore.

I love eating food so much. But no matter how good or bad the food is, we need to balance our health with eating healthy food like eating vegetables or fruits. I love drinking juice and I'd tried Boost Juice Bar (check the little story of my juice experience here Trip to Johor Bahru, again!). This time I'm gonna share another juice bar. It's called Beesket Juice Bar and this is a Korean DIY Juice Bars. What I love from this juice bar is you can customize your own fruits (3 kind of fruits) with a little capsule like honeycomb which has three holes.
