Banda Aceh has so much improvements in culinary world. Let alone the cafe! I remember that a few years ago, Banda Aceh had so many warung kopi (kopitiam). But the good thing is, there are now many good places to see especially places to eat. One of the examples is this place, Whoaffle Street Snack and LicknLoops.

Located in the front of the owner house, you will notice that there is a huge mango tree in front of the cafe. This place is really cozy. That time, I went there with my husband and my sisters. We ordered Hot Lava Cake and two scoops of ice creams (avocado and strawberry flavours) and Banana Splits.
My sisters ordered an egg waffle (chocolate flavour with cheese and blueberry as toppings), beef waffle sausage and french fries.

While waiting for the egg waffle, the Banana Splits along with the Hot Lava Cake arrived with a small glass of hot chocolate. I think you have known what to do next. Yep! Just pour the hot chocolate on the top of the cake and voila! The chocolate on the top of the lava cake melted, sink into the lava cake. And when we cut the cake, it looks as if lava comes out from the volcano. And the lava mixed with those ice creams because they are surrounded with chocolate. I super love the cake. Warm and moist cake and the chocolate isn't too sweet.

The sausage waffle, the french fries and the egg waffles finally landed on our table. I am so amazed with the taste of the waffle. So crunchy and delicious. The sausage waffle tastes a bit spicy due to the chili sauce, but I love it so much.

The egg waffle's taste is as delicious as the sausage waffle. The difference is just the sweetness. It was perfectly tasty when we dipped the egg waffle into the blueberry jam.

The french fries is also not disappointing so all of us were very satisfied to have a chance to have our snack time. So, if you want to spend your time to eat delicious snacks, this place definitely should be on your list.
